Filipinos have distinct ways of showing respect to others, especially the elderly. Our deep sense of respect also extends to how we care for other people’s feelings, property, and ideas.
Wherever in the world Filipinos go, they can find that they have their fellow kababayans to lean on in times of need. This stems from the sense of bayanihan and damayan that holds families and communities together to work towards success even in the face of adversity.

Filipinos have a strong sense of family and unity, allowing them to always be willing to lend a helping hand to those in need, especially those who are at a disadvantage.
